This application is used to arrange for a floater to be booked in a store.

Once preview is selected for a given store a form will appear on the report tab.

The following table describes the operation of non-standard fields where appropriate.

Field	Description
Week Ending	This date field is for the week ending for which the user needs a floater. Note: The date format must be entered in dd/mm/yyyy, i.e. 07/12/2007. If you enter a date that is not a week ending date, a message box will appear telling you it is not the last day of the week and that the date will be changed to a week ending date. Click OK, and if a different week ending is required, enter the correct information into the Week Ending date field.
Mon-Sun From	This drop-down time field is the start time for the floater. Note: A quick way of entering the time is to press the beginning number continuously until the time you require appears. i.e. pressing 2 three times will give you 2:00pm.
Mon-Sun To	This drop-down time field is the time for the floater will finish their shift. Note: A quick way of entering the time is to press the beginning number continuously until the time you require appears. i.e. pressing 2 three times will give you 2:00pm.
